How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within two to three weeks of your design being approved. Larger orders can take longer, and we tell you up front if that applies.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and incorrect delivery addresses are outside our control.
Will I see my mat design before it is made?
If we create the design for you, you receive a digital preview to approve before production.
If you upload your own finished design, we use the design as submitted, so no additional design approval is required. Please check your file carefully before uploading — it is what we print.
Can I return or cancel a custom mat?
Because every mat is made specifically for you, custom mats cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. Custom-made goods are exempt from the statutory EU right of withdrawal.
If your mat arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved or submitted design, contact us and we will make it right.
Where we do accept a return, the mat must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, and the refund is issued after we have inspected it.
Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.
What file do you need for my logo?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF give the best result, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files usually work too.

What if my logo file isn't good enough?
No problem. We check your design before production. If the quality will not hold up at mat size, we contact you before anything is made.
Who is responsible for the logo I upload?
You are. By uploading a design you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission from whoever does.
We do not check trademark ownership. If someone raises an intellectual-property complaint about a design you supplied, you agree to cover us for it. We may also refuse any order whose design infringes rights or is otherwise prohibited.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order just one custom mat.
Need more? Order several copies of the same mat, or add completely different mats to your order.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Choose one of our standard sizes or enter your own dimensions. You see the price before continuing with your order.

Yes. Order multiple copies of the same mat, or combine different sizes, mat types and designs in one order.
How do I clean the mat?
Regular vacuuming removes most everyday dirt. For deeper cleaning the right method depends on the type of mat you choose, and the instructions for your mat come with it.
Please follow them. Damage caused by improper cleaning or chemical exposure is not covered by the warranty, and a mat in that condition cannot be returned.
What if my mat arrives damaged or something is wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the problem. Damage reported after that cannot be processed.
If the mat is damaged, defective, or does not match the design that was approved or submitted, we will resolve it with you — depending on the case that may be a replacement, a repair or a partial credit.
